Pricing depends on the work — length, thickness and whether colour is involved all change how long an appointment takes — so Heidi does not publish a fixed list. Call and you will get a straight figure before you sit down. Clients consistently describe the pricing as fair and say they are never upsold.

A cut is typically straightforward — Heidi has a reputation for working efficiently without rushing you. Colour and perms take considerably longer, so mention those when you book and the time will be set aside.
Yes. The main entrance is ADA-compliant and step-free, with accessible parking near the door and street parking along Division.
Bring a photo on your phone. It is the single most useful thing you can do — it removes any ambiguity, and Heidi would far rather work from a picture than a description.
A short cut holds its shape for roughly four to six weeks; longer styles will stretch to eight or ten. If you are covering grey, root retouches usually fall every four to six weeks. The planner above gives you a rough guide.
